Club Membership List Rental

It has long been the practice that members of the Club and candidates have been given an opportunity to rent our membership list to send a mailer prior to our Endorsement Day. We have changed the process this year to protect the privacy of our members and no longer provide labels with our members information.

The cost for 2025 Club members to rent the list is $75 and the cost for Campaigns is $125. Members have the option of delivering sealed envelopes or postcards with postage attached to a board member’s house by Friday, March 21, 2025 at 8pm. Board members will apply the labels and mail the letters for you.

Candidates and their committees need to send their mailer to our union print shop who will process the mailer and ensure delivery before the endorsement meeting.

Anyone wishing to send a mailer using the print shop must finalize their order the shop by Monday March 24, 2025 to ensure timely delivery. You should send artwork to the print shop by end of business Friday March 21. (More details provided upon submission of this form). The print shop charges approximately $442 + postage for 6″x11″ post cards and $910 + postage for 8.5″x11″ Letters sent in #10 envelopes. Postage for this mailing will cost between $230-$269.
