Stephen Zappala is the District Attorney for Allegheny County. He has served in this office since 1998. He won every Democratic primary until 2023. He is now affiliated with the centrist Forward Party.

Kevin M. Kraus is the Sheriff for Allegheny County. He has served in this office since 2022, prior to that he was appointed and sworn in as Chief Deputy in 2014.
